Initial Inquiry
Begin by emailing our front office at brent@blackstarathletics.org to initiate your uniform and/or team apparel order. In your email, please include the following details:

Team colors
-
Preference for including player names and/or graduation years

Any logos you would like incorporated into the design
Your request will be assigned to one of our in-house designers.

Design Consultation
A designer will contact you via email or phone to discuss your vision and work collaboratively to finalize the design. Please monitor your email inbox and spam folder to ensure you receive all communications promptly.

Sizing Kit Request
Once your designs have been finalized, please contact our front office again at brent@blackstarathletics.org to request a sizing kit for your team. This will help ensure accurate fit for all players.

Order Submission
After all players have been sized, visit our website, navigate to the "More" section, then to "Order Form", and download the order form. Complete the form with both team and individual player details, including your contact information.​

Invoice Payment & Production
Production of your order will begin once the invoice has been paid in full. This marks the official start of your production timeline. Please note that our turnaround times are subject to change depending on season.
